Moreno Valley Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Moreno Valley, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline any job we determine to be outside our scope or safety standards.
All estimates are free and provided after an on-site assessment of the work required. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Final pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon before work begins.
Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes materially during the job - for example, if hidden hazards, additional trees, or permit requirements are discovered after work has begun. We will communicate any changes to you before proceeding and obtain your approval before additional costs are incurred.
Appointments are confirmed via phone or email. We ask that cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
For emergency tree service requests, we will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly. Response times may vary depending on current demand and weather conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We do not require full payment upfront - customers should be cautious of any contractor who demands full payment before work begins.
For larger commercial or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required as agreed in your written estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
